Avery name badges wont print evenly in each 3x4 window

Mary's name badges

Name badges look ok on screen but when I print only the first one is centered
in the 3x4window- the other two move up and cut off information. I am using
Avery template #5384 three badges per sheet and an HP all-in-one printer.
