Avery Template 3379 not formatting properly

I've tried to create a greeting card in both Word and Publisher (2007) using
Avery Notecard template 3379. The template is not setting up correctly in
either application, even after I've custom set the paper size (5.5x8.5).

Has anyone else run into problems using this template in MS Office?

I have noticed that the templates do seem to have problems with a number
of variations:

* Font
* Printer driver
* Printer
* Any graphic included
* Paper size (A4 vs letter)
* Margin settings

Generally I have been able to get it worked out after playing around
with those variables. I suggest using plain paper and print preview to save
on materials while you are getting it set up.
