Avery Wizard Icon(s) don't work

I upgraded from Office XP to Office 2003 Pro. Once I started Word 2003, I
noticed in the toolbar was an Avery Wizard icon. When I click this icon a
new window opens up to "my computer"; showing all my local disk drives, but
the Avery Wizard does not start.

I went to the Avery website and downloaded/installed the Avery Wizard for
Word 2003. Now I have 2 Avery Wizard icons in my Word 2003 toolbar and both
do the same as before -> go to "my computer" but don't load the wizard. The
only way I can start the Avery Wizard is by directly clicking on the Avery
Wizard program icon in the "start menu".

I cannot remove or alter the Avery Wizard icons in Word 2003!

Is there any way I can remove these icons from Word or fix them so they
properly load the Avery Wizard?
