Error msg opening MS Outlook
2000: "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\AVGXCH32.DLL could not be
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by
using Detect and Repair on the Help Menu."

I tried it...no luck.

Anyone know how to fix this?

This is a message from your virusscanner (AVG)
Go to Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options...-> button
Add-In Manager and/or button COM Add-Ins

Here you can disable/uninstall the add-in.
