AVOID PASSWORD PROMPT ON STARTUP

I have set a password on one of my personal folder. Everytime I open the
OUTLOOK I am prompted to enter the same. I don't want this to occur unless I
manually try to access such a folder. I don't want anyone to realize that
there exists such a folder if he opens the application or I have to open it
in front of him.

Also shall appreciate if a way to hide such a folder is suggested.
