In Outlook BCM I set up Opportunities then, as related e-mails are received,
I use the "Link to History" toolbar to link these e-mails to the Opportunity.
BUT, the list of Opportunities that is presented by the "Link to History"
drop-down box includes every Opportunity ever created - whether closed or
still active - so as time progresses, I am having to find the relevant
Opportunity in an ever-increasing list. I am reluctent to delete Closed
Opportunities (because I will lose my business history). How can I make the
"Link to History" drop-down box offer only active Opportunities??? (I
wondered about using Archive, but I don't know if / how this works with BCM;
in any case, I don't want to do archiving based on how old an Opportunity is
because it might still be active.)
