AWP and Managed Time Periods

I am the admin of our Proj Svr instance. A program manager has been reworking
a project and accidentally added a resource to the top level summary task
along with manually entering actual work in the past. Actual work protected
now shows work being done even though this task hasn't been published. I've
tried zeroing out awp in a few tables in hopes of being able to remove the
awp on this task so I can delete the task.

Where does this actual work protected live? I'm assuming it's in the Project
data tables because it wasn't entered into the web data tables by the
resource and all my queries in the web tables show nothing for this resource.
