AxDrawingControl/NegotiateMenus/NegotiateBars/C#/Delphi

Hi,
I have placed the Visio2003 ActiveX components in two different programming
forms.

1. In a C# form. I set NegotiateMenus and NegotiateBars to "true" but no
menus no bars were shown.
2. In a Delphi5.0 form. As soon as I set the NegotiateMenus and
NegotiateBars to "true" the Visio menu showed up.(no Visio Bar Menu though).



I tried to work with AxDrawingControl properties in C# form but I couldn't
make the menu to show up.

How can I show the Visio Menu in a C# form where a Visio2003 ActiveX is
placed ?
