Axis data showing inside line graph

Hi

I'm using a line chart for my pivot graph. In Excel it displays properly, but when displayed on a web page the data for my x axis shows inside the line graph. Does anyone know why and if there is a way to fix that? Thanks.
Here's a drawing in case my explanation isn't very clear.

looks like this should be like this
