B2TR does nothing

When trying to install b2tr noting happen. I double click on it, HD spins for
a few seconds and then nothing... no error, no message. I am running XPSP2,
beta 2 installed, AV turned off. HD has 40+ GB space, Temp files have been
cleared & logging turned on, but noting shows in log file.

Any help is appreciated.

will try re-downloading it only running '07 on 1 comp. Any way to fix
"CRYPT32.ddl is corrupt" error with out B2TR?
