B2TR kills my Office 2007!

HELP!

Since one month, I use Office 2007 bêta with many satisfactions. Yesterday I
downloaded and installed B2TR.

All the applications on Office 2007 (including Project, OneNote, ...) were
immediately out. And I have no more Outlook, nor Word, ...

Specially the menus are distroyed (icons replaced by texts, no
correspondance icon/action, ...). No possibility to launch correctly the
applications. Definitively out.

I tried all the night to clean and to remove Office 2007 (by its removing
function) and to reinstall it.

But it doesn't reinstall the basic bêta version but only the B2TR version
with all the same problems.

Question: where are installed the specific B2TR files? How to remove them?

Many thanks for your help.

I installed B2TR today. After running Word and trying to open a previously
saved Word 07 document, I get error message 'File not available'.

Visio opens documents ok, haven't tried the other applications yet.

I read further on in the forum and found the problem is due to Norton Anti
Virus. I disabled the Office Plug In and all now seems to be fixed.

I am runing Vista and Office 2007.
Installed TR2 and now i can not save any of the files I created.
I have checked every thing.
tried to uninstall this TR 2 and reinstall Office 2007 and nothing works.
It was Such a nice user friendly program.

Hi Ghislain,

What version of Windows are you using and what are the exact error messages you are getting?

Did you apply the Office 2007 Beta 2 Technical Refresh B2TR (separate) patch packages for each Office 2007 Beta 2 family product you
had installed (including Project)? Mixed versioning of Beta2 and B2TR can cause all sorts of problems.

The B2TR patches are not installable as a standalone or separately removable from uninstalling MS Office 2007.
