Seems to freeze more and run slower after the update. Can't open files saved
in Office 2002 (Word or Publisher, haven't tried Excel yet) which could be
opened before the update. Tried to run the diagnostic in help but it freezes
running setup diagnosis. Love the format now that I've found everything but
may have to uninstall just because its slowing everything down.
