how do I create a back-up file on CD of all of the entries
in my outlook contacts list? I have a CD burner in my PC

in addition, how do i back up all of my data in Outlook?

I just recently lost my hard drive and don't want to lose
the data next time.

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
