Background and OneNote/Word

Currently I use OneNote and Word. However, I would rather work only in Word
instead of switching between the two programs. I enjoy the lined
backgrounds in OneNote. Does anybody know if it is possible to get the
lined backgrounds in Word2003. I just enjoy pretending writing on
electronic 'real" paper. Though I don't need the lined background to
print, just want it on the screen.
My friend uses a Mac and Word2004. That version of word already has the
OneNote equivalent already within word itself.
Maybe the new version of Word being released this summer from Microsoft
will have combination of Word and OneNote. However, till then I would like
to work with my Word2003 version.
Does anybody know how to do this.
Many thanks.
Would you mind sending a copy of your response in addition to my
e-mail (e-mail address removed)
I don't want to miss it.
Thanks.

You could create a table with borders switched off and add enough rows
to fill the page and then cut and paste it into your header in your
document. Try these margin settings for the header on File, Page Set
up Top margin =
-2.54cm Bottom margin = -0.43 cm.

Of course you would have to work out the height of the rows . I was
tried using 0.56cm which is ok if you use the enter key, but after a
few lines of continuous typing the text gets closer and closer to the
top line of each cell.
