background color tab control part II

To Arvin,

you very creatively suggested to make a bmp and place that
over the "left-over" area of the tabcontrol. I made a bmp,
and when the form is in design-mode it looks perfect, but
when I run the application, the bmp dissappears behind the
tabcontrol. It does seem to be on top with text and
labels, but not with the tabcontrol (figures : ) )
Any suggestions?
