Background Graphics

I want to create a graphic that my clients can use, but then add text to it
and print in Word 2003. I don't want them to be able to disassemble my
graphics. Anybody have any ideas?

Turn it into a jpeg and get your clients to overlay text boxes with no fill
no line. See Suzanne's answer to how do I convert graphics to JPEGs below or
perhaps visit www.pdf-convert.com
