Background image dont cover whole a4 paper

Hi There,
I scanned our briefpaper to a picture . When i insert the picture in word
and i choose "Behind tekst" and when i try to make the picture the same size
as the a4 paper.. In word it looks like its good but on the print preview i
always see white a4 paper around the background picture.. Isnt there a tric
to make the background fills up the a4 paper completly?
