Background Music

I just received a nice .pps file with a lot of photographs and
background music. I forwarded it on to a couple of friends and some got
it complete but others say they only got the photos and not the music.
All supposedly checked out sound on, volume up but still no music. All
running late versions of PP.

Need some clues !!
