Background one page ONLY

I gave a 6 page document and only want a background on one of the pages. I
want the picture to show numerous times like a background but only on one
page. I do not want to use the format behind text because the picture only
shows the one time. I've tried everything I can think of. I am using 2003.

Use one or more section breaks to isolate that page, unlink the headers
(there's a tool for this in the header/footer toolbar) so that that page is
independent, and then place the background picture on the target page.

Anchor the background picture to a paragraph on the specific page, formatted
as "Behind Text" (and "Washout," if desired).
