The main menu form of my app has a .bmp used as the background.

Type: Embedded
Size Mode: Stretch
Alignment: Center
Tiling: No
When the form opens the command buttons placed on the form flash for a
second or two. Some PCs have more flashing than others. I have tried tweaking
the various picture properties with no effect. Does anyone know why this is
happening and if it can be prevented. The problem is only cosmetic but it
does make the app appear somewhat unprofessional. Thanks for any help.
