background sound for frontpage 2000

Hi.

I have a website www.osenkowski.com. I've got plenty of music on the
site. I'm trying to create a new page to add to the site, with background
sound. I can't do it. I have .wma and .mp3 files and I cannot get either
one uploaded to frontpage.

any suggestions?
