background sounds in MS ACCESS

How do I make a database play a sound (WAV) on startup? I
don't want ALL my apps to play the same startup sound,
just this database, so setting it from Windows Control
Panel isn't what I'm looking for.

How do I make each command button in the database play a
different sound on execute - while the command is
executing? For example, I'd like it to play a tune while
running the query, then stop the tune when it's finished
executing the query.
