I finally managed to add an wma file as a background for the full
presentatation (the mp3 produced an error after I had been using it
without problems-- I had toconvert it to wma). This is powerpoint 2003.
The problem is:
1. The file name is saved with its full path as a window pops up to
navigate file structure and choose it. No other apparent option.
2. The name of the file has to be chosen every time. So When I use the
presentation as a template I cannot simply click on the wma song file
and choose or write another name. I have to erase the sound object, add
a new one in the same place at the beginning and change properties so
that the music plays over a number of slides.
All of this should be easier.
a) Is there a way to make the object sound path (a wma file) relative
to the current presentaion so that I put everything in the same folder
and when I move the folder (song and presentation) to another computer,
it works?
b) Is there at least a way to embed the song in the presentation?
Thanks.
