Backing up Contacts from MS Outlook

For the second time in about 3 years, My hard drive has
decieded to not boot my system. The end result has twice
been that I had to format drive C and reload software.
Fortunately I have previously backed up my MS Money and
My Documents. Unfortunately, I never fugured out how to
find my Outlook Contact file or folder so that I could
back it up by copying to my CD-Writer and a CD-RW disk.

Where is the Outlook Contact file or folder?
