Backing Up Database Button

Hi

I have a MySQL online database with an Access2k front end. I would like
create a Backup Database button on my main Form, which would export all the
data from a database table as a CSV or TXT file, so that i can backup the
data when i choose. Are there any tutorials for this. I have a few books,
but none of them cover this.
