Backing up E-mail saved to Folders on My Computer

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I apologize if this question has already been asked or if it's ridiculously simple. I am using Entourage 2004 on an Exchange server and due to space constraints often have to save e-mails to Folders on My Computer and then delete them from the Exchange Server.

My questions is, is there an easy way to back these files up in case of a hard-drive crash and recovery problems?

AutoArchive Exchange Account to "On My Computer"

Move all e-mail older than 60 days from your Exchange account folders to
archive folders within the "On My Computer" folder tree.

Be sure you get the correct version. There is a new beta version for Leopard
users now.
