I upgraded from 2002 to 2003 Outlook without backing up anything and had no
problems.
However, I have always backed up my contact list. There is even a way to set
up a small executable to record the current Contacts folder by the executing
of a simple script that runs every time that outlook closes (so that you
don't have to manually back up your contact list every time you add a new
contact.
I do have a question regarding the phone book! My ISP does not support
Outlook and I was wondering if there is a simple way to add the entire
contact list to the address book at one shot.?
