Backing up local folders

How do I back up my "local folders" files? I need to
store a lot of messages there given limited msn.com disk
space. I looked around in directories on my c:\ drive
and couldn't find the local folders.

default locations is C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\APPLICATION
DATA\Microsoft\Outlook

you could also check on the properties of the file in Outlook and hit the
Advanced button
