Backing up my database ??!!??

I am running Windows NT 4.0 on a Novel network (home) and
every time I try to backup my database all that it wants
is to do a tape backup! In Windows 3.1xxx even 2000 I can
backup my database files through the Windows system tools
and easily backup to floppy. Why can't I do so w/ NT ????

Also how do save a report, for example to diskette so I
can email reports to clients???
