Backing up Outlook when it won't run

Help

My hard drive won't boot anymore but the drive still works. I am booting
off of another drive for now. How do I backup my outlook contacts on the
drive that won't boot?

I have outlook installed on both drives. when I launch outlook, it starts,
but it's the version of outlook on the "boot" drive that comes up, not the
one on the failed drive.

Before I wipe the bad drive and reformat it, I want to get my outlook
contacts information off of it. How do I do that.
