Backing up Outlook

I would like to be able to back up my Outlook (calendar / emails
contacts) on a daily basis to my external hard-drive. I beleive tha
there is a .pst file somewhere on my C drive with this information on
This is the file i intend to back up but i cannot find it.

Can any one help?
