Backing Up Outlook's Calendar and Contacts

I recently had a hard drive crash and lost all my
contacts and calendar entries in Outlook 2000. I am in
the process of reentering them. I would like to prevent
this from happening in the future. Is there a way to
backup my calendar and contacts entries to another
location (e.g. second hard drive, zip cartridge)?

All of your Outlook data (messages, appointments, contacts, etc.) is
stored in a file with a .PST extension. Look here for all the
information you need on backup and restoration of Outlook data:
