Backing up Personalized data

Is there any way to backup Microsoft Word's personalized data such as
Bibliography, templates etc; so i can have the same thing when i reinstall my
MS Office? it seems that i need to replace existing company's MS Office with
a new personal license that i bought.

Any advice?

If you reinstall Office on the same PC, your personalisations should be
retained.
