Backing Up / Saving Email

Somehow my new PC went on the blink and I have to restore the operating
system. The system restore did/does not help. As a result, I'm unable to open
OutLook so I can backup/export my Personal Folders/email. Is there a way to
locate the individual files on the PC, save them to my server then
restore/copy them back to the pc once I restore the operating system.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
