backing up webs

I'd like to publish my webs from my local drive "C" to my seperate backup
hard drive "H" - but when I try to 'publish' from c to h it says that my
destination file doesn't have the dynamic fp components installed and won't
work unless published to a web server running the fp se or sps -

how do I put the fpse on my other hard drive?

Resolution:
=========
You cannot install FPSE on the harddrive of your system. THis is installed
on the web server. the error message you are getting is correct. Select
"file system" option in the remote website properties when you are
publishing to local drive.

Normally the sites are stored under C:\Inetpub\wwwroot
if you back this or the web up it will acomplish your task.
