backing up

I have Word97 and WordXP and having problems with wordXP-
whenever i type in docs, cursor blinking becomes slow and
types sluggishly, etc

I would be more than happy to uninstall Word 97 and Office
XP if there is some way to save the following and utilize
them in the reinstalled Word XP application:

1. Autocorrect entries (I have a very large autocorrect
file)
2. Custom menus which I have created
3. Macros
4. Keyboard shortcuts (hot keys or quick keys)
5. Styles
6. Forms (I know how to export and import these.) They
are not all within the normal.dot template, but I am
assuming we need to get a new normal.dot template.
7. Any other customizable things within Word that I may
have missed here.

PLease let me know how to back up these.

I would be really grateful.
