Backspace Opens Save Dialog Box

Hi all!

I am using Office 2007 on Vista 32-bit....
I just reformated my PC and all the software is in their latest editions.
While attempting to enter anything anywhere the Save As dialog box opens and
won't let me continue until I hit either/or Save - Cancel.
Lately this happens each and everytime I hit the backspace key.
Please help!
