Backup and Restore

Does anyone have any good guidance/documentation for setting up backup
and restore for a Project Server environment?

I have read the disaster recovery guide and this has some great ideas,
but I more wanted to hear about real world experiences. We have Project
Server installed as a single server, so thats PS, SQL, Sharepoint and
analysis services all on the one box and I am a little uncertain what
exactly we need to backup.

We restored, but the danger is that one person's recovery is another's
loss...since the database in total is recovered, not just a single desired
proejct or WSS associated documentation. We are looking for a single project
restore tool, and will only use the recovery method should a disaster require
such brute force.
