backup custom dictionary

I use Microsoft Office 2003. I have a medical (custom) dictionary that I've
been building for 3 years. How do I back it up in case the computer crashes?

Just copy the .dic file to a CD or other backup media. See also

You can search your computer for all files which end in .dic or look in the
....\Application Data\Microsoft\Proof folder. Add that file (or those files)
to your backups.
