Backup Database Macro?

I've looked but might have missed something. In access 2007 is there a macro
action to Backup the current db? Or might I find some code examples to do
it?
I tried CopyDatabaseFile but had no luck. Told me the command wasn't
available now.
I want to run it from a command button on a form.
