I have a problem, when I open Database in Microsoft
Access and the connection is disconnected suddeenly,
Microsoft Access will create two files the first is name
of the orginal file, the second is backup of orginal
file, I need to help how I can select the true file and
work on it.

I'm not familiar with a feature in Access that creates a mirror/backup image
while it works. There is an .ldb file that gets created when an .mdb is
opened, but that file is a "locking data base" file and doesn't contain any
data, just info about who opened the database and when, and is usually very
small.

If your power surged and you are left with both files (.mdb and .ldb), you
could probably just delete the .ldb file (NOT the .mdb -- that is your
database). In fact, make a backup copy of both before trying this.

Good luck
