Backup Enterprise Global Template

Does anyone know how to backup the Enterprise Global Template? I know it is
part of the database, but I was thinking you could just backup the Enterprise
global?

Do the following:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server with
administrator permissions
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Backup Enterprise Global
