Backup failed on newly installed XP

I just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to XP. When I closed
the program it asked it I wanted to save backup copies of
my personal folders files. When I clicked on Save Backup,
it opened a window that said "Could not loadbackappl.exe
Backup failed!" What do I do to fix this?
