I need to ensure that I am properly backing up Outlook BCM and Accounting
Professional 2008.
I am running these against a sql db on SBS 2003.
I am doing a complete backup of the SBS 2003 server with the native backup
utility.
I am also doing a secondary backup of the BCM with the script provided
available at the BCM Team Blog.
I know that there is a manual backup capability within AP 2008.
My questions are:
1. Are BCM and AP sharing a SQL database?
2. If so, then am I getting a complete backup when I use the script
provided by the MS BCM development team?
3. Is the default SBS 2003 backup already backing both systems up?
4. Is there a recommended way to backup Accounting 2008 without loading the
program to use the built-in mechanism?
