Backup PST

Somehow my Backup PST stopped working and now does not even show up in the
file list. Have tried repairing from CD and uninstall and reinstall two or
three time. Have unintalled and redownloaded pfbackup.exe and reinstall still
no luck. This is Outlook 2003.
