Backup Shared Workbook

Hi,
I have a Daily Report that I want to Save as a Shared Workbook on a Server
so as peolple can update daily.
Can someone Explain me about the backups ?
I want to have for example, one backup per day at Midnight, and be able to
see it easyly afterwards.
What's the best method for backups ?

This all depends how sofisticated you want to get:

1. Just use Scheduler to copy the file to another directory at midnight -
This method tend to overwrite any other backed up files.

2. Use the built in backup program to back the spreadsheet to a tape or
floppy drive. Can easily make multiple backups but will always need the
backup software to restore the file.
