backup system that willl back up projects?

I have five separate identities, each with between four and twelve
projects contained within. Some projects I work in often, others
remain unchanged for long periods of time.

The question is, is there a backup system I can implement which will
back up only the recently changed files? Preferably without spending
any money?

I have a manual backup system of simply creating RGE files but am
wondering if there's a simpler way since this requires going in and
exporting all projects on a regular basis.

From what I can tell the backup utilities back up email, but I"m not
so sure about projects.

Thanks in advance.

Everything, projects included, is stored in the Entourage Database file.
Each identity will have its own Database file. Back up the Database
files and you'll back up your projects.

You'll find each of your identities here:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities

The tilde " ~ " is a shortcut meaning to start in your home folder.

Hope this helps!
