BACKUP TOOL INSTALLED BUT CANNOT BACKUP!

hi
the problem is when i click save backup & then closed the outlook, normally
the backup start! but now it showed a message that cannot cop outlook
rogramme cannot be reach, because another programme locked part of the file.

this outlook datas were transfered fm outlook express,
before that i have never using outlook in this computer

it is the problem??
also, i got the same message when copy the pst file directly fm the outlook
folder

anybody can help me fm this??

Do you have any Fax, PDA sync software etc installed?
Have you checked running processes to ensure OL has actually shut down?

i have a winfax running but then i shut down but still same message showed!
what else i can do??
or should i do it every time log in the administrator?? or in safe mode?

If you have winfax integrated within OL, I recollect there is an option in
winfax set up for this, it can cause problems for some users. It did me.
There will likely be a winfax dll shown in OL Addins. There may also be a
winfax update.

tried again to change the setting in winfax & have the e-mail option
unclick,then closed all the winfax related exe in the task manager
but still not work!!
o.k. no choice, then login in the administrator & have it copy out!!
