Backward Compatibility in PowerPoint

Gizmette

I've recently upgraded to Office 2003, while my clients remain in XP. Everything seems ok except PowerPoint, where, if they are able to open my files, it crashes after a few attempts to navigate. Is there a fix?

ps Their IT support upgraded their computer with all the available fixes (I was told) and this still persists.

Thanks

Hi Gizmette,

You may want to ask this in the Powerpoint Newsgroup
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.powerpoint
(or through the Web based discussions interface) as well
as look at the Powerpoint FAQ at http://rdpslides.com
