backward compatibility

Hi,

I have lot of files in project 2000 and I want to upgrade
my project 2000 to project 2002. I am not sure whether I
would be able to read project 2000 files, I had created
for past couple of years.

If anybody has any news on this and send me a e-mail, I
would really appreciate it.
